Weekly practice

Meditation Mondays

A weekly online mindfulness meditation gathering to pause, reconnect, and begin the week with greater presence and intention.

Each session includes guided meditation, mindful reflection, and an opportunity to practice in community. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome.

When: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time

Where: Online via Zoom
Cost: Sliding Scale $10–15 per session. No one turned away for lack of funds.
You do not need any prior meditation experience. Simply bring yourself, a comfortable place to sit, and an open mind.
